The Management Team

The service has a structured and experienced management team that includes two Registered Managers, a Clinical Lead, a Trainee Head of Care, and supervisors across all departments.

Alongside this experienced and skilled team, our director’s team provides daily support to ensure the home is always well-led.

Jo Glen

Senior Registered Manager

Miss Joanna Glen is the Registered Manager of the Home. Joanna has over 10 years of experience working within Terrance House in various care positions. Joanna has completed her Level 5 Leadership and Management Award.

Abigail Chambers

Registered Manager

Miss Abigail Chambers has been working in care in various roles, including support worker and team leader, since November 2015 at Terrance House. Abigail has her NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care. Abigail is currently working towards her Level 5in Leadership and Management.

Account & Payroll Director

Mrs Maria Marsh is the Accounts & Payroll Director who has worked for the company for over 18 years.
